If you plan to show your collection in central London, showrooms are very expensive and if you don't have fixed appointments there is nothing worse than sitting around in your paid for showroom waiting for buyers to show up! It would be much more cost effective to either take part in a well attended recognised trade exhibition, where buyers visit en masse. Great to fix appointments with buyers at their stores also. Buyers don't mind this initially as it's a zero risk/outlay for them. I tell you the terminology we use, as well as tricks we employ, to get us in front of them.
